Game data
Poleis War is a single-player strategy game. Campaign saves and preferences such as language and volume are stored on your device. The current version has no game account, advertising, or third-party analytics, and does not upload campaign saves to a developer server.
Purchases
Apple processes the Full Game Unlock purchase and any refund through the App Store. The game uses StoreKit to obtain the displayed price and verified entitlement status. The game does not receive your payment card details.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to and resolve your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. [Email retention and deletion process: operator to confirm.]
Support website
When you visit this website, the server processes your IP address, requested path, and technical information sent by your browser to deliver pages, diagnose errors, and maintain service security. This website has no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party visitor analytics.
Your choices and updates
You can manage local saves in the game or remove local game data by uninstalling the app. Apple manages App Store purchase records and refunds. If our data practices materially change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Contact the address above with privacy questions.
